Identity-related impacts include the physical, psychological, and/or emotional responses that can arise from incidents, behaviors, interactions, or practices related to identity that lead to harm, misunderstanding, tension, or exclusion.
These experiences often involve intersections of ability/disability, age, ethnicity or race, gender and gender expression, national origin, language, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, and other dimensions of identity. If not addressed and supported with care, these incidents can diminish sense of belonging and undermine efforts to build and sustain inclusive working, learning and living environments.

Our restorative approach offers tangible steps that help you align responses and support and responses anticipated and/or identified impacts.
